Open Your Doors

After a solo exhibition of my work at Park Gallery, Tokyo, Kato-san (the owner) commissioned me to paint the front of the gallery.

The words Open Your Doors come from 14 year old Naoki, who posted his 'Survival Techniques' into a submissions box at another exhibition of my work in Tokyo the previous summer. I immediately knew that I wanted to paint these words, and I am so pleased that I could paint them in his home city.
