Be Outside Be Moving

Mural created for Love Trails, a trail running festival that happens in the beautiful Gower peninsula in Wales.

I collected Survival Techniques (coping strategies) from people booked to attend the festival, and created this phrase out of everybody's submissions. To be outside and moving in any way is something that people have always said makes them feel better, and I'm so thrilled to finally have a way and words and to say that.
